Terms and Conditions

This is open to persons aged 18 years or over who are resident in the United Kingdom. It is not open to employees of the Castle Insurance group of companies, their families or anyone connected to the recommendation awarding.

There are no purchase requirements applicable for entry. A purchase does not increase an entrant's chance of winning.

Please follow the instructions on the screen and enter the information required for your voucher.

By entering for this voucher, you consent to Castle Insurance processing your personal information in accordance with the terms of its Privacy Policy.

A person may enter for the voucher as often as they like.

The period for awarding is open until further notice.

The voucher award is only valid if the permission of "the friend" has been confirmed and agreed before application.

There is no alternative prize and the vouchers are non-transferable.

All friend recomenders will be notified by within 2 weeks of the friend signing up with Guild insurance for a policy.

The promoter will send the voucher to the winner's office address within 14 days.

Castle Insurance will not be liable for any circumstances beyond its reasonable control that prevents the voucher from being delivered to the winner.

The voucher winners and awarded friend agree to take part in any post-promotion publicity in connection with the award.

The names and business of any voucher awarded people will be made available on written request.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel the voucher program or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice at any time, for whatever reason, and without liability to any entrants for doing so.

By entering this voucher award, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

This voucher award is subject to the laws of England and Wales and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

A voucher award can only be claimed once per friend or per business.
